GREEN SOUR
INGREDIENTS
Preparation Time: 5 mins.
- 1.5 oz. ACRÓNIMO GIN 1oz. lime juice
- 1 oz sugar syrup
- .15 oz green chartreuse 1 oz. egg white
- Ice Angostura
DIRECTIONS / ALCHEMY
- Combine all ingredients except Angostura bitters and ice in a cocktail shaker. Dry shake vigorously to generate foam.
- Add ice to the shaker and shake again vigorously for about 15 seconds.
- Fill a highball glass with ice and pour the mixture through a fine strainer into the glass, ensuring a generous layer of foam forms on top of the drink.
- To finish, decorate the foam with about three drops of Angostura bitters.
