INGREDIENTS

- 1.5 oz Sotol
- 1 oz Giffard – Creme De Fruit De La Passion
- 1.5 oz Pineapple Juice
- 1 oz Lime Juice (freshly squeezed)
- .5 oz Simple Syrup
- Ice cubes
METHOD / ALCHEMY
- Mix cocktail: In a shaker, combine Sotol, passion fruit crème, pineapple juice, lime juice, syrup, and ice cubes. Shake well.
- Serve: Strain into a glass filled with ice.
- Garnish: Optional: Garnish with a slice of pineapple or a pineapple leaf.
