INGREDIENTS
Preparation Time: 5 mins.
1.5 oz (45 ml) Acrónimo Sotol Blanco
0.5 oz (15 ml) Elderflower liqueur
0.5 oz (15 ml) Fresh lime juice
0.3 oz (9 ml) Agave syrup (1:1 agave to water)
3 oz (90 ml) Chilled Prosecco (or dry sparkling wine)
Garnish: 2 lime wheels + sprig of rosemary
METHOD / ALCHEMY
Infuse: Gently muddle lime wheels and rosemary in Sotol Blanco for 7 seconds to coax earthy-herbal aromas.
Blend & Frost: Add elderflower, lime juice, agave syrup, and ice. Stir for 20 seconds until the mixing glass glazes over.
