- 2 oz of freshly squeezed pineapple juice
- ¾ oz. Freshly squeezed lime juice
- 1oz. Syrup
- Garnish with basil and pineapple
METHOD / ALCHEMY
- Mix It Up:
In a shaker, combine Sotol, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup - Shake It:
Add ice to the shaker and shake well - Strain and Pour:
Strain the mixture into a glass filled with ice - Garnish:
Garnish with basil leaves and a pineapple slice

INGREDIENTS

1 ½ oz Acrónimo Sotol Gin
2 oz fresh pineapple juice
¾ oz fresh lime juice
1 oz simple syrup
Garnish: fresh basil sprig and pineapple wedge
METHOD / ALCHEMY
Combine
In a shaker, add Acrónimo Sotol Gin, pineapple juice, lime juice, and simple syrup.Shake
Fill the shaker with ice and shake vigorously for about 10 seconds, until well chilled.Strain
Double‑strain into a rocks glass filled with fresh ice for a silky‑smooth texture.Garnish
Slap a basil sprig between your palms to release its aroma, place it atop the drink alongside a pineapple wedge.
