Negroni: Classic Gin vs. Bold Sotol Blanco
The Negroni’s timeless mix of bitter, sweet, and herbal flavors finds new life through different base spirits. The classic version uses gin, offering crisp botanicals and a refreshing bite.
Swapping gin for Sotol Blanco brings a deeper, earthier character with hints of desert herbs and rustic complexity — a bold reinterpretation of the original. Both versions celebrate balance, but each tells its own unique story.
Two Spirits, One Icon: Negroni with Gin and Sotol Blanco
The Negroni is a cocktail that thrives on simplicity and strength. Traditionally crafted with gin, it delivers bright, botanical notes layered over bittersweet depth. Reimagined with Sotol Blanco, the drink takes on an earthy, savory profile, reflecting the wild landscapes of northern Mexico.
Whether you prefer the classic clarity of gin or the rugged spirit of sotol, the Negroni adapts without losing its bold heart.
